Founder Justin Jones has spent his entire life immersed in the motorcycle industry. With decades of experience as both a professional racer and test rider, Justin brings a unique combination of real-world racing knowledge, technical understanding, and hands-on development experience to suspension tuning and rider development.
Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation in vehicle dynamics, mechanical systems, and performance analysis. This engineering background complements years of real-world testing and racing experience, allowing suspension setups to be approached with both technical precision and practical riding insight.
Throughout his career, Justin has worked as a professional test rider for major manufacturers, media outlets, and performance companies. His testing and development work has included collaborations with industry leaders such as Dirt Bike Magazine, American Honda Motor Co., Hinson Clutch Components, AHM Factory Services, Yoshimura, and many others within the powersports industry. Through this work, he has evaluated virtually every offroad motorcycle, suspension system, and performance component across a wide range of riding conditions over the last 15 years.
Racing has always been a central part of Justin’s life. He comes from one of the most respected families in American motorcycle racing. His father, Gary Jones, made history as the first four-time AMA 250cc National Motocross Champion, establishing the Jones family as a lasting legacy within the sport.
Continuing that tradition, Justin built an impressive racing career of his own. He competed professionally for both Factory KTM and Factory Honda, gaining valuable experience at the highest levels of competition. His racing career spans motocross, desert racing, and off-road competition at the professional level.

- World Desert Racing Champion
- ISDE Junior World Trophy Team Winner
- ISDE Individual Gold Medalist
- Multiple wins and podium finishes in the WORCS and NGPC series
