Four Two Solutions – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all services performed by Four Two Solutions LLC, including suspension service, testing, setup, tuning, and rider coaching.
Service Requests
Submitting a service request form through the Four Two Solutions website constitutes a request for service or quote only. Work will not begin until service details and pricing are confirmed with the customer.
Service Authorization
By delivering or shipping suspension components to Four Two Solutions, the customer authorizes Four Two Solutions to perform the agreed-upon services necessary to complete the requested work.
Rider Information
Suspension tuning is based on rider information provided by the customer, including rider weight, skill level, terrain, and riding style. Customers are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate.
Used Components-Pre-Existing Condition
Suspension components are used mechanical assemblies and may contain hidden wear, damage, contamination, or prior modifications that are not visible until disassembly. Four Two Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing wear, damage, or prior improper service discovered during inspection. Additional parts or repairs may be required once the components are fully inspected.
Additional Repairs
If worn or damaged components are discovered during service, Four Two Solutions will attempt to contact the customer for approval before additional work is performed whenever possible.
Performance Disclaimer
Suspension tuning is rider-specific and intended to improve comfort, traction, and control. Performance outcomes depend on rider ability, terrain, motorcycle setup, and riding conditions. No specific performance guarantees are implied.
Off-Road Use
Suspension services and modifications performed by Four Two Solutions are intended for closed-course off-road use only.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper installation of suspension components and adherence to manufacturer torque specifications and installation procedures. Four Two Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.
Testing, Coaching, and Riding Advice
Testing, coaching, setup guidance, and riding advice provided by Four Two Solutions are intended to assist riders in improving motorcycle setup and riding technique. Motorcycle riding and racing are inherently dangerous activities that carry risk of injury, property damage, or death. Riders are solely responsible for their own riding decisions, safety, and actions on the motorcycle. Four Two Solutions LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, crashes, or damages that occur during riding, testing, coaching, or use of provided advice.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly packaging suspension components when shipping them to Four Two Solutions. Four Two Solutions is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping to the shop.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on workload, service complexity, and parts availability. Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Suspension components will not be returned to the customer until payment has been completed.
Warranty
Four Two Solutions provides a limited 30-day warranty covering workmanship only. This warranty does not cover wear items, crash damage, improper installation, misuse, or normal service intervals.
Limitation of Liability
Four Two Solutions LLC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or operation of serviced components or participation in riding, testing, or coaching activities.
Unclaimed Equipment
Suspension components not claimed within 60 days may be subject to storage fees.
